| 一、 | 依據「教育部藝術教育貢獻獎作業要點」及教育部 115 年 1 月 28 日臺教師（一）字第 1152600261 號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為表揚對藝術教育具有貢獻及服務績效之團體與個人，獎勵其對藝術教育卓越貢獻，並促進民間資源對藝術教育業務推動，教育部特辦理旨揭獎項並訂定發布「教育部藝術教育貢獻獎作業要點」（如附件 1 ）。 |
| 三、 | 旨揭獎項類別如下： |
| (一) | 團體獎項： |
| １、 | 績優學校獎：建構校園藝術教育支持系統包括課程與教學、活動與啟發、行政與服務、社區推廣等面向、發展學生藝術教育相關社團（團隊）、推動藝術教育相關計畫及辦理藝術教育成果、特色，具有績效之學校。 |
| ２、 | 績優團體獎：就藝術教育活動之推展、培育藝術教育人才、推動地方藝文特色及贊助學校藝文相關活動等，具有重大貢獻之機關構、團體。 |
| (二) | 個人獎項： |
| １、 | 教學傑出獎：就藝術教育之教學包括創新課程設計、開發教材教案、活化藝術與人文教學活動等面向、從事藝術教育研究、培養藝術專業人才等有卓越表現者。 |
| ２、 | 活動奉獻獎：就推展藝術教育活動、藝術教育行政規劃、培訓藝文志工及社團之推展或薪傳重要傳統藝術，有具體貢獻者。 |
| ３、 | 終身成就獎：長期致力於藝術教育之推展，於偏遠地區從事藝術教育推廣具重大貢獻等。 |
| 四、 | 旨揭獎項推薦方式： |
| (一) | 團體與個人之推薦，由各學校、機關（構）列舉具體事實及證明，並請於 115 年 5 月 31 日前函文向本府教育處推薦，再由本府依推薦程序於 115 年 6 月 30 日前函送國立臺灣藝術教育館辦理。 |
| (二) | 相關表件如附件 2 至 6 ，亦可逕至「教育部藝術教育貢獻獎」（網址： http://web.arte.gov.tw/aecp/ ）下載使用，請依推薦表注意事項填寫，並檢附相關佐證資料電子檔。 |
